Duties

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue
• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings and telemarketing campaigns
• Support negotiation processes to close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs in various sectors such as retail and insurance sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services through targeted campaigns
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships Experience
• Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for communicating with diverse client bases
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product benefits clearly and confidently
• Familiarity with sales analysis tools and marketing principles to support strategic decision-making
• Experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory
