• You already have your Real Estate License.
• You might be relatively new to real estate, but you have a history of success in sales with a special ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your clients.
• You're motivated by the challenge of starting with a lead and sticking with it until the sale closes.
• You know what it's like to stay organized, follow-up, follow-through, and show your clients a one-of-a-kind experience - the kind that sticks in their mind and has them become a lifelong fan.

What You Will Do

• List and sell residential real estate, including everything from negotiating purchase agreements and contracts to hosting open houses. Clients will rely on you to educate them on basic real estate procedures, verify and disclose property facts, and prepare market analysis to determine property values.
• Assist buyers in finding their next home and help them negotiate the best terms for their situation.
• You will continue to learn about real estate, you will grow with a team that cares about you (not just your numbers). Most of all? You'll have FUN! License/Certification:
