Overview

: We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Las Vegas market. This role is responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with local business partners.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Las Vegas area
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align growth strategies

Qualifications

:

• 35+ years of sales experience (management experience preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or local business sales is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and scale a team from the ground up
