Outside Sales Representative Stone & Surface Materials Company: Raphael Stone Collection Location: San Leandro, CA / Bay Area Territory Job Type: Full-Time

About Us

Raphael Stone Collection is a wholesale stone and surface material supplier serving contractors, fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, designers, builders, and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area. We specialize in quartz, porcelain, quartzite, marble, slabs, prefab countertops, tiles, and display programs for dealers and showrooms. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, visit accounts, open new business, follow up on quotes, and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Location: San Leandro, CA / San Francisco and North Bay Territory, extending north to Ukiah Job

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and new customers throughout the assigned territory
• Open new wholesale accounts with fabricators, contractors, kitchen & bath stores, designers, and builders
• Present slabs, prefab, porcelain, tile, and new material collections
• Follow up on quotes, samples, displays, and customer requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Help set up display programs at qualified customer locations
• Track daily visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Work closely with the office and warehouse team to support customers
• Bring in new business and grow monthly sales volume

Requirements

• Outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in stone, tile, countertop, construction, flooring, cabinet, or building materials is a strong plus
• Must be comfortable visiting clients in person daily
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily client visits
• Must be able to work independently and manage a territory

Experience in the stone, countertop, kitchen & bath, construction, or building material industry is highly preferred.
