The RMG Trainer role is designed for an experienced, producing agent who feels called to make a broader impact not by stepping away from production, but by leading, mentoring, and multiplying others. You'll help agents move from uncertainty to clarity, from reaction to intentionality, and from hoping things change to building the habits and systems that actually create different results.

What You'll Do

• Teach, mentor, and support developing agents as they grow their skills and confidence
• Use RMG's training systems and curriculum to guide agents through best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen agent development and client experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Alaska
• Strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and client service
• Passion for coaching, training, and agent development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and explain data for agents and clients
