• You have 2+ years of experience in painting sales or estimating.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• You excel at building relationships and managing client expectations.
• You are tech-savvy, comfortable with G Suite, CRMs, and iPads.

What You Will Do

Each Day:

• Meet or exceed personal sales, margin, and cost-per-margin targets.
• Build and manage sales plans while learning and executing the sales process.
• Enter estimates, update client files in our CRM, and write proposals.
• Generate some leads independently, though the majority will be provided.
