About the Role

BRS Roofing Supply, a fast-growing roofing and siding materials supplier in Norcross, GA, is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Administrative Support Representative. This role combines B2B sales development and CRM-driven lead management with front-desk administrative support ideal for someone who thrives on building contractor relationships while keeping operations organized and on track.

Responsibilities

Customer & Institutional Service

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in visits promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance on products (roofing, siding, building materials), services, hours, and processes.
• Represent BRS Roofing Supply's image professionally in every interaction. Sales & CRM Management
• Contact new leads within 10 minutes of entry into the system.
• Qualify customer needs, recommend roofing/siding solutions, and follow through to close sales.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM (Go High Level): customer info, notes, lead source, and pipeline stage.
• Develop new business with contractors, roofers, builders, and construction companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and send preliminary and formal quotes.
• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to revenue growth. Documentation & Administrative Support
• Organize, file, and digitize documents (POs, purchase orders, payment records, licenses).
• Scan, send files, print invoices, and support other departments with documentation.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (physical and digital). Internal Coordination & Logistics
• Coordinate internal/external meeting schedules (confirmations, location, virtual links).
• Coordinate with the internal team on product availability, pricing, and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to sales, operations, and accounting teams. Cross-Departmental Support
• Process incoming invoices, manage signatures, and track pending documents.
• Route staff requests to the appropriate department leads.
• Help ensure smooth information flow across sales, logistics, accounting, and management. Candidate Profile
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, construction materials, or a related industry. Metal roofing experience is a plus.
• CRM experience managing leads, follow-ups, quotes, and sales activity.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be able to commute/relocate to Norcross, GA 30071.

Compensation

Benefits

• Base salary: $41,000/year
• Commission: 2.5%3.5% based on sales performance and gross profit
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses
