Account Manager Ducting Systems Own the pipeline. Close the business. Get paid for both. ACS's Ducting Systems (DTS) division is growing, and we're hiring an Account Manager to own opportunity flow from first inquiry through close. This isn't a role where you manage a territory and wait for renewals it's fast-moving, run-rate sales with a dedicated Estimator team doing the technical heavy lifting so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, moving deals forward, and closing. What you'll actually do:

• Own your pipeline in HubSpot, start to finish, with real accountability for conversion and cycle time
• Run structured discovery calls that define scope, urgency, and decision path, no wasted quotes
• Grow revenue inside existing accounts and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers
• Re-engage lost and inactive customers and mine that feedback for real insight
• Hand off clean, complete deals to Estimating and Order Management, no rework, no confusion You'll thrive here if you:
• Have 3-7+ years in sales, account management, or a customer-facing closing role
• Can juggle a high volume of opportunities without dropping the ball
• Treat CRM discipline as a tool for winning, not busywork you avoid
• Want your paycheck tied directly to your results, with no ceiling on what you can earn Bonus points if you've got:
• Experience in industrial, contractor, HVAC, or technical product sales
• Comfort reading quotes, drawings, or estimating workflows
• A track record in high-volume, run-rate sales environments

Compensation

:

• Total on-target earnings: $105,000$112,000+ in Year 1 with no ceiling above that based on performance.

• On-target quarterly incentive: $10,000/quarter ($40,000/year)
• Plus an uncapped accelerator on your own qualifying booked revenue, on top of target Individual commission is tied to booked DTS revenue, subject to a gross-margin qualifying threshold (full mechanics shared during the interview process).
