We're hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you'll work directly with Quantum Fiber, helping customers connect to fast, reliable fiber internet through direct outreach, account management, and order follow-through. As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Quantum Fiber in the field introducing customers to our fiber services, guiding them through enrollment, and managing accounts from sign-up through installation to ensure a smooth customer experience every step of the way. Responsibilities

:

• Conduct customer outreach to introduce Quantum Fiber services and drive new sales
• Guide customers through the fiber enrollment process and complete accurate order entry
• Manage customer accounts and follow through on orders to ensure successful installation
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns throughout the sales process
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication
• Track personal sales performance and report progress regularly to management
• Stay current on fiber product offerings, pricing, and promotions Customer Sales Representative

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and following through on details
• Basic understanding of fiber internet or telecommunications products a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outreach-based environment Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
