What You'll Do

• Serve as the main technical contact for customers, local teams, and external service partners across the region
• Support technical questions related to products, installations, warranties, goodwill, and maintenance cases
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical and customer service issues
• Coordinate and follow up with external service partners to ensure timely, high-quality case resolution
• Monitor service quality and help drive continuous improvement of technical service processes
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and operational quality targets
• Provide technical guidance to Sales and Operations teams
• Support product training and knowledge sharing for internal teams and external partners, especially around new product launches
• Work closely with HQ and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent technical standards and service quality What We're Looking For
• Technical training as a plumber or a comparable qualification
• Advanced vocational training or a higher-level qualification in sanitary, HVAC, building services, or a related technical field is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in technical customer service, field service, maintenance, repair, or technical support
• Strong hands-on experience with sanitary fittings, HVAC, or comparable technical products
• Experience coordinating service activities, external service partners, or complex technical cases
• Experience providing technical guidance or training is an advantage
• Fluent English
• Spanish and/or German are a plus, but not required
• Basic experience with ERP and CRM systems is helpful
• Confident using Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and practically
• Strong service mindset and understanding of the commercial impact of technical decisions
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 3035%) Additional Information
