Westwave AV is a profitable, growing event production company serving corporate events, conferences, and live shows across the SF Bay Area. Our work wins repeat clients now we need someone to open new doors. The role: You'll build and own relationships with event planners, venues, DMCs, and corporate event teams across the Bay Area. This is relationship- driven BD with a long game, not a dialing-for-dollars boiler room. You'll have full support from our production team, real case studies to sell with, and a delivery operation that makes you look good after the contract is signed. You're probably a fit if you:

• Already know people in the Bay Area events world you've worked in AV/event production sales, venue sales, event planning, or hospitality
• Are energized by building long-term relationships (6-12 month cycles don't scare you)
• Can walk a planner through a site visit and speak credibly about production
• Are self-directed no office, no micromanagement, you run your own calendar Comp: $75-90K base (DOE) + uncapped commission on booked business. Realistic year-one OTE $110-140K; no ceiling after that. Logistics: Work from anywhere, but you must be based in the SF Bay Area this role happens at venues, client meetings, and industry events. Company CRM discipline is non-negotiable: every contact and touchpoint lives in our system. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
