Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, educate them on their options, and help them through the roofing and restoration process. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners throughout the day to discuss their roofing needs.
• Completing roof evaluations and identifying potential solutions.
• Explaining repair or replacement options with confidence and professionalism.
• Attending ongoing training sessions to sharpen your communication and sales skills. Every appointment is an opportunity to gain experience, build relationships, and increase your earning potential. Income Potential
• First 30 Days: $5,000 to $8,000
• Successful Sales Representatives: $10,000 to $15,000+ per month
• High Performers: $15,000 to $25,000+ per month
