• Recognized Excellence: GAF President's Club member, placing us among the top 1 percent of contractors in the U.S. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a relationship-driven sales position. You'll work directly with homeowners, helping them understand their options and navigate the roofing process by:
• Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs
• Walking customers through solutions, materials, and timelines
• Scheduling and coordinating inspections with our production team
• Supporting homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Continuing your development through ongoing coaching and mentorship Success in this role comes from professionalism, consistency, and building trust. COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT
• Sales Representatives: $6,000 - $12,000 per month
• Roofing Specialists: $9,000 - $18,000 per month
• Sales Leadership: $250,000+ annually
• Regional Leadership: $350,000+ annually
