Commercial Outside Sales Representative Location: San Leandro, CA

Compensation

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, canvassing, and referrals
• Meet with business owners, facility managers, and property managers to assess pest control needs
• Present and close tailored commercial service agreements
• Manage and grow an assigned territory through consistent prospecting and account development
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM What We're Looking For
• Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
• B2B or outside sales experience preferred
• Comfortable prospecting and cold calling in a field-based environment
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to build relationships with business decision makers
• Pest control experience not required we train you Ideal Backgrounds
• B2B outside sales
• Commercial services sales (janitorial, HVAC, fire protection, security, uniforms, or similar)
• Territory sales or route-based sales
• Restaurant, hospitality, or facilities sales

Summary

• Base salary: $30,000/year ($2,500/month) following training period
• Training pay: $3,000/month during training period
• On-target earnings: $65,000 $120,000+ annually based on commission performance
• Commission: Uncapped; written commission plan provided prior to start date
