• Be ready to be phone Ninja with focus to make over over 120+ quality phone calls.
• Consult & Convert: Guide customers through the digital car-buying process, from virtual walkarounds to final delivery.
• Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to nurture leads, set appointments, and maintain a robust pipeline of repeat business.

• Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead) and digital communication tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skillsyour emails and texts must be as professional as your face-to-face pitch.
• Drive: A "hunter" mentality with the discipline to follow up until the deal is done.
• Credentials: Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record and a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License.
