Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our retail operations. In this role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, oversee daily store activities, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer service, effective merchandising, and efficient store management. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills to foster a positive shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. $2500 sign on bonus!

Duties

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and motivation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to maximize store profitability.
• Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Monitor retail math metrics such as sales per square foot and gross profit margins to inform business decisions.
• Lead marketing efforts within the store to promote products and increase foot traffic through effective merchandising and promotional displays.
• Holding team to standards and expectations.
• Ordering materials, creating contractions.
• Conducting weekly team meetings.

• Proven management experience in retail sales or store management with a focus on team supervision.
• Strong background in retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, and merchandising techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and leadership roles such as assistant manager or supervisor.
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in customer service excellence and conflict resolution. Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
