General Manager Rare Motors Rare Motors is looking for a motivated General Manager to oversee the day-to- day operations of our used car dealership. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage daily dealership operations
• Assist customers with vehicle sales from start to finish
• Work with finance companies to secure customer approvals
• Complete title work and DMV paperwork
• Create and manage online vehicle listings
• Purchase and manage inventory from dealer auctions
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and detailing
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Keep the lot organized and ensure vehicles are front-line ready
• Help grow sales and improve dealership performance

Qualifications

:

• Previous automotive sales or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

: Pay is based on experience and performance. Details will be discussed during the interview.
