Monroe Motorsports is Hiring Sales Associate Monroe Motorsports is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our sales team! If you have a passion for powersports and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

include: Assisting customers in finding the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or personal watercraft. Learning and maintaining knowledge of our products and inventory. Creating and posting social media content and online marketplace listings. Following up with leads by phone, text, email, and social media. Building strong customer relationships before and after the sale. Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Working with the sales team to meet dealership goals.

Qualifications

: Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer and social media knowledge. Sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Valid driver's license.
