As one of our Investment Real Estate Sales Agents, you'll be at the heart of this process building relationships with investors, matching them with the right deals, and getting paid every time a property sells. Our agents routinely sell 3-5X as many properties as standard realtors in their first year, with structured progression from Sales to Acquisitions to Leadership often within just a few years.

What You'll Do

:

• Build and grow relationships with real estate investors, agents, and contractors
• Call, meet, and network with investors daily to understand their buying criteria
• Manage a personal pipeline of investor clients using our CRM
• Prospect new buyers through calls, networking events, and site visits
• Set and run one-on-one investor meetings (goal: 3 per day, 2 show)
• Follow up with investors, share new deals, and close transactions

• Willingness to obtain a Georgia Real Estate License (we'll guide you through the process)
• Must have a car, valid driver's license, laptop, and cell phone
