Responsibilities

• Develop prospects, connect with customers, and surpass sales objectives
• Complete property evaluations and provide precise, prompt estimates
• Establish lasting client partnerships through consultative sales methods
• Attain 40%+ sales conversion rate on company-provided leads
• Present persuasive sales demonstrations and actively pursue referrals
• Attend weekly development sessions and sales conferences Essential

Compensation

Package Income Potential: $50,000 - $150,000 annually (commission-based)
