Growing company is looking to add a motivated Office admin/ Sales assistance to support its friendly, cohesive and energetic family business. Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, you love supporting multiple departments including customer service , sales/ marketing and accounting as well. A self starter, to be part of a team where everyone pitches in and egos are left at the door. You will: -Answering the phones, emails etc. - Assisting prospects -Communicating customers -Preparing estimates -Preparing and submitting invoices -Process ARs -Follow up on ARs -Process AP and download credit card transactions through Quickbooks/ Wave -Reconciling the checking and savings account on a monthly basis -Creating job files, filing -Organizing office environment - Creating sales quotes Must be able to write and speak English. Must be proficient with Word and Excel Strong communication skills desired Must be able to be to work independently This is a position that offers great flexibility, an easy going environment and hopefully a long term position. Willing to train the right person.

Compensation
