There are virtually an unlimited number of people to work with on their insurance needs. Insurance costs have never been higher so people are looking for relief and willing to look at options. Since you make a percentage of that insurance cost as commission, it is have never been more profitable to sell insurance. We want our clients to know their options up front and feel secure that their coverage choices will take care of them in the event that disaster strikes. We are looking for candidates that can communicate and network effectively, handle several tasks simultaneously with different time frames and priority levels then determine the best course of action in situations with multiple potential outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales and/or customer service and an active insurance license. Competitive compensation package is a combination of base, commission and bonuses. Producers make $40,000 to $100,000 the first year with opportunity to aggressively increase pay over time through building of renewals on a book of business. Some leads are provided. Those who excel can be considered for their own agency business opportunity. This typically comes with a book of business and assistance package. Can work remote and in office:
