Tidal Coast Management, an Authorized AT&T Dealer, is hiring a motivated Entry Level Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is centered around helping customers find the right wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions through strong communication, in-person support, and a customer-first approach.As an AT&T Assistant Sales Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide clear product education, and deliver solutions that improve their everyday connectivity experience.

What You'll Do

as an Entry Level Sales Manager

• As an AT&T Assistant Sales Manager, you will assist customers by identifying their wireless and internet needs
• Provide in-person support by explaining AT&T products, plans, and promotions
• Helps customers compare options and make informed decisions
• Support activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Build trust through strong customer service and professionalism
• Ensure customers receive the right solution for their needs
• Maintain a positive customer experience from start to finish
