Overview

: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative focused on software subscription renewals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working the phone, and closing straightforward, high- volume transactions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Contact existing customers to renew software subscriptions
• Manage a pipeline of upcoming and past-due renewals
• Educate customers on product updates, features, and value
• Overcome objections and close renewals efficiently
• Identify upsell opportunities and route leads when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily call and revenue targets What We're Looking For:
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
