NBT Enterprises is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Sales to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting solutions, and supporting overall sales growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior sales experience is required we provide paid training and ongoing coaching to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers to present products and services
• Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach
• Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding customer needs
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Assist with pricing discussions and support the sales closing process
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and team goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales, communication, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person and by phone
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required What We Offer
