Overview

ShineHaus Chatt LLC is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are hungry to earn. If you enjoy meeting new people, creating your own opportunities, and getting rewarded for your effort, this could be the perfect fit. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll generate residential and commercial leads, meet with property owners, provide quotes, and help grow one of Chattanooga's fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies. No sales experience? No problem. We provide training, scripts, and ongoing support. We're looking for attitude and work ethic more than experience.

What You'll Do

• Generate new customers through door-to-door sales, networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Schedule estimates and educate customers on our services
• Follow up with leads and help close sales
• Represent the ShineHaus brand professionally
• Work independently while managing your own schedule Services You'll Sell
