If you're an accomplished in-home salesperson who enjoys building relationships and wants to stay involved long enough to see every customer delighted with the finished product, this is a unique opportunity. At That 1 Painter Lake Lanier, we're building a team of professionalsnot just estimators. Our Sales & Project Managers own the entire customer journey, from the initial in-home consultation through the final walkthrough. You'll earn the customer's trust during the estimate, then stay involved through project completion to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll DoSales

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home estimates.
• Build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend the right solutions.
• Prepare estimates and close painting projects.
• Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and relationship building. Project Management
• Manage multiple painting projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate painters, schedules, materials, and customer communication.
• Conduct job site visits and quality inspections.
• Protect job profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Resolve issues proactively and professionally.
• Document project progress using company software. We're Looking For Someone Who
• Has a proven track record of success in in-home sales or consultative sales.
• Is comfortable discussing sales numbers, close rates, and performance.
• Communicates confidently with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Is highly organized and follows through on commitments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
• Is coachable, professional, and driven to improve. Preferred Experience
• In-home sales or similar consultative sales experience (required).
• Residential remodeling, painting, roofing, flooring, windows, HVAC, kitchens, baths, restoration, or similar industries preferred.
• CRM or project management software experience is a plus. This Role Is NOT a Fit If You...
