McGovern Audi of Shrewsbury, MA is hiring a Sales Manager! We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department with confidence, energy, and results. What You'll Do

:

• Lead all pre-owned vehicle operations including inventory management, vehicle acquisition, merchandising, and reconditioning.
• Desk and structure deals that are both customer-centric and highly profitable.
• Work side-by-side with the F&I; team to ensure seamless deal flow and maximize backend opportunities.
• Hire, train, and mentor a strong sales teamgrooming future leaders along the way.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategic improvements to increase volume and gross.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to uphold operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Manager, Desk Manager, or equivalent in a high-volume store.
• Deep understanding of desking, finance structures, and lender relationships.
• Track record of team leadership, training, and sales performance.
• Energetic and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a department.
• Ford experience is a strong plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work retail hours including some nights and weekends. What We Offer:
