Overview

The Farmers Pacific District is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Producer to join our growing team! If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you'll focus on generating new business, helping clients find the right insurance coverage, and growing your income through commissions and bonuses. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and build a rewarding career in insurance sales.There are positions open all over Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley Area! Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Insurance license required (we provide guidance to help you get licensed quickly)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Learn and promote Farmers insurance products including home, auto, life, and commercial coverage
