Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process will be key to your success. Prior automotive experience is required

Duties

• Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their automotive needs
• Build relationships and generate leads through showroom traffic, phone, and internet sales
• Negotiate deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Provide high-end sales support through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Ensure dealership vehicle inventory is well-presented and customer-ready
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dealership performance and customer experience
• Stay informed about current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings Skills &

Qualifications

• Experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to meet goals
• Background in customer service or retail sales is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
