Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via phone, text, email, and CRM-generated leads.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
• Engage prospects professionally and build rapport while identifying their needs.
• Pre-qualify leads by determining interest, project scope, and eligibility.
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes within the CRM system.
• Utilize scripts, call guides, and sales tools to maximize appointment-setting success.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

• Previous telemarketing, customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset.
