SALES/MARKETING COORDINATOR DRC FOODWORKS (Callier's Catering & Hollyberry Catering), award winning caterer in the St Louis area is looking for a full-time Sales/Marketing Coordinator. Sales/Marketing Coordinator is a specialized position that will be responsible for driving revenue and building strong client relationships through proactive sales efforts, strategic negotiations, and detailed event planning. Whether it's for weddings, corporate events, or personal events, the goal is to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our business.

Duties

include cold calling, networking, and outside sales calls. The ideal candidate will learn all aspects of our business by shadowing other departments to obtain a strong operational overview including working events to learn how to create experiences for guests. Skills/Experience We Are Looking For:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, internal staff, and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mind set.
• Experience using social media as a business development tool. Eagerness to contribute significantly to the Company's growth alongside our team.
• 1-3 years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the food service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hotel/Restaurant Management Preferred but not required The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, organization, and collaboration. Compensation

is based on industry knowledge and experience, work ethic, and motivation.
