Responsibilities

:

• Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs using our booking system
• Recommend retail products and services to guests based on their needs and preferences
• Accurately handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and retail display
• Support team communication by relaying messages and coordinating schedules
• Provide support for salon events, promotions, and team initiatives
• Collaborate closely with service providers to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles (salon/spa experience a plus!)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest care
• Comfort with POS systems and appointment booking software (Salon software experience is a bonus! We use Meevo)
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
