Who You Are

You are a revenue generating machine. You're hungry for sales and are motivated by compensation. You're a plumber tried and true. You're capable of and happy to perform small repairs for customers. You love finding and converting upsell opportunities. You're honest. You like to sell but always in good conscience. What The Job Is A sales focused plumber position. You will go to residential and light commercial opportunities. You will diagnose issues, clear and camera drain lines, perform small repairs and sell projects which you will hand over to our Install team to perform.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose a large variety of plumbing issues
• Sell larger plumbing jobs for our install crew to perform
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
• Locate and repair issue with drain lines
• Perform other service plumbing repairs

Requirements

• Proven performance as a plumber
• Proven performance in sales
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
