Fire Restoration Field Representative (Commission-Only) Greater Los Angeles RestorePro Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated Fire Restoration Field Representative to respond to qualified fire loss leads. We provide the leadsyou focus on building trust and closing the work.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to qualified fire loss leads.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Explain the restoration process and insurance workflow.
• Secure mitigation and reconstruction projects.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Restoration, construction, roofing, or insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation.
• Available to respond quickly to new leads.

Compensation

• Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
