The Opportunity We're seeking a Vice President of Business Development & Sales to lead revenue growth across multiple business units and markets. This executive role will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and expand our client base while driving profitability. Requirements

Drive Growth & Strategies

• Lead company-wide sales and business development strategy
• Identify new markets, clients, and revenue opportunities
• Deliver consistent growth in revenue and market share
• Forecast performance and align sales goals with overall business plans Build & Lead High-Performance Teams
• Recruit, develop, and lead sales and BD leaders across regions
• Establish team structure, quotas, incentives, and performance metrics
• Create scalable systems, processes, and reporting through CRM tool Own Key Relationships
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
• Represent the company at industry events, trade organizations Align Strategy Across the Organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership and affiliate offices
• Ensure consistency in business development strategy and execution
• Guide teams to meet and exceed growth targets Partner with Marketing
• Support proposals, presentations, and branding initiatives
• Contribute to marketing, PR, and social media strategies Job

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of B2B/B2C sales leadership experience
• 5+ years managing leaders and multi-level teams
• Strong experience in Water and Fire Restoration Services (preferred)
• Restoration industry experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building teams
• Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM systems
