About Cycle Sport We are Mountain bike, eBike, and Road bike enthusiasts. From beginner to pro, kids to grandparents, we can assist all! We have a full service center, and a sales floor filled with the latest from Specialized and Fox. Full job description: Cycle Sport is seeking a full-time experienced bicycle sales person to work in our Scotts Valley and San Mateo stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
• Educate customers on bicycles, components, accessories, and apparel
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Accurately handle cash and process sales transactions
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions
• Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily store operations

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of bicycles and cycling products, or the ability to learn quickly
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17 - $25 an hour based on experience Work Location: In person Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
