Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients via phone, email, and CRM software to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to promote our products and services effectively.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns that target key industries and market segments.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new prospects, conducting research, and following up on leads. Skills
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales activities.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional yet friendly demeanor.
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude during rejection or challenging conversations.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
