GGG Inc. is currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Associate to join our growing team in South San Francisco. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in customer relations, account support, sales, and business development. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship, making this a great opportunity for candidates from retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, sales, or other customer-facing backgrounds.

Compensation

- Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour - Weekly pay - Mileage reimbursement - Partial cell phone reimbursement - Opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses - Advancement and management opportunities

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts - Educate customers on products, services, and available promotions - Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs - Support account onboarding and ongoing account management activities - Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate account and customer records - Participate in customer acquisition and retention initiatives - Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals - Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions - Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
