The Cleveland Plant & Flower Company is seeking a driven sales leader to join our team! Our ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic, self- starter driven to learn and excel at their job. Candidate should have/be able: A strong background in sales. Floral industry knowledge is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to make customer relationships and drive sales Ability to work alone or along side a team. Strong time management and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Sales people are expected to maintain a current awareness of new product, new uses for old product and trends in the industry, so that they will be important to the customer and an asset to the company. Must be able to lift and move boxes of product weighing up to seventy (70) pounds with no other employee's assistance Must be able to use material-handling equipment to transfer products throughout the company facility. Make sales calls and deliveries periodically away from the company facility unassisted by other employees. Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Speak, write and understand the English language. Job type: Full-time Hourly position with Commissions Monday thru Friday
