We currently have a very large inventory. You would have the ability to sell cars from all four of our lots. Over 1,000+ vehicles to choose from! Dean Team VW Subaru of Ballwin , is currently seeking Pre-Owned Sales Consultants! Dean Team has been family owned and operated for over 40 years in the St. Louis area. We are currently looking for driven, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a successful team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built. Qualifications

:

• Social media posting vehicles is mandatory
• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, and pricing
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
• Training will be provided
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, email, CRM)
• Prior car sales or retail experience a plus
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Highly motivated
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
