Located in Woodland Hills, Odyssey and Associates, Inc. partners with AT&T; to connect customers with industry-leading wireless solutions. Our team specializes in in-person customer interactions that build brand awareness, drive sales, and create lasting relationships. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Team Members. As a Sales Team Member, you'll support the sales team by helping customers learn about AT&T; products and services, assisting with account management, and creating a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with AT&T; products, services, and account inquiries.
• Represent AT&T; professionally through in-person customer interactions.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers while providing outstanding service.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Stay up to date on promotions and recommend solutions that best fit customer needs.

Requirements

for the Sales Team Member:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 12 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
