Full description of the position

The Role: SwissWatchExpo has been recognized in Forbes , The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times as the premier online retailer of pre-owned luxury watches. We are currently hiring a highly motivated individual to join our e-commerce team as a Sales Support Specialist. This is a critical role, as most of our client interactions are inbound through emails, texts, chats and phone calls. The Sales Support Specialist will be our first hand on the phone and will act as a critical communication link between our clients and our sales team. The right candidate for this role will have a strong growth mindset and aptitude - as we expect the candidate will take on more opportunities at SwissWatchExpo over time, whether that is in a full-time Sales role, working as part of the Purchasing team, Customer Service, or something else.

Responsibilities

:

• Maintain a positive attitude while answering inbound calls
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales team
• Answer customer email inquiries when requested
• Help to resolve customer complaints or issues
• Work cross-functionally across the SwissWatchExpo team

Requirements

:

• A clear and friendly speaking voice
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
• Attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Experience working in a professional environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with and assist a Sales team
• A can-do attitude and great team spirit
• Strong data entry, math, and reporting skills
