Position Summary

Metzgers is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our growing sales and marketing efforts. This role provides administrative, analytical, and creative support to drive lead generation, campaign execution, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Track and manage leads, sales activity, and CRM data
• Prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics
• Support pipeline management and reporting for leadership Marketing & Campaigns
• Assist with planning and executing digital and print marketing campaigns
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Develop and update marketing materials including brochures and email campaigns
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels Data & Analytics
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs
• Analyze marketing and sales data to support decision-making Vendor & RFP Coordination
• Assist with RFP submissions and vendor communications
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners
• Support digital lead generation initiatives Administrative Support
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Organize marketing assets and maintain databases
• Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, and reporting Collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 13 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or similar role preferred
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving abilities
