What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service while growing your book of business
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work alongside experienced agency owners and district leadership committed to your success What We Offer

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

• Organized and comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation
