Responsibilities

- Sales Associate: Help customers select and purchase vehicles. Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day.

• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing and complete paperwork
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications

- Sales Associate: Energetic, friendly, and motivated to succeed, with excellent communication and customer service skills

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Sales experience in any industry is a plus
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• A valid driver's license and insurance

• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Benefits

: $70,000 - $250,000 yearly performance-driven potential income comprised as follows:

• Wages include $17.34 per hour base compensation
• Vehicle commission plus finance product sales commission combined averaged out to 750 - 850 per deal with the volume to back it up
