In house training and support. Several office locations and all the resources to help you elevate your Real Estate Career. In this role, you will be the key driver in connecting clients with their dream properties, guiding them through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process. Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase available listings effectively
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
• Develop targeted marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using real estate administrative tools
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, zoning laws, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, communicating clearly, and managing expectations professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate promotion
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
• Familiarity with property management practices and real estate law is preferred
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenare essential for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple listings and transactions simultaneously
• Administrative experience related to real estate processes is a plus
