Job Title: Commercial Account Manager ; Primary focus is retention of client base by providing superior service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs to the products and services provided by the agency.

Responsibilities

:

• Maintains designated retention levels for existing book of business by reviewing accounts, making recommendations, explaining the importance of having all lines of insurance with one Agency.
• Maximizes premium savings and protection through rounding off accounts, client education, recommendations of additional protection coverages, product lines.
• Reviews client's current policies, recommends protection, quotes recommended limits.
• Services existing accounts including responding to client requests and inquiries; processing policy changes; binder preparation; billing questions; claims; and coverage inquiries.
• Explains, selects and places insurance coverage for clients. Explains products and Agency services. Education & Experience:
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Three years of prior experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverage and services.. Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
• Familiarity with standard procedures and concepts in the Commercial Lines Insurance field. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be a self-starter, able to make decisions, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient with technology and automation. Working knowledge of Agency Management Software (EPIC), Microsoft Office . Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
