We are looking for a competitve and customer-oriented Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, pitching the right insurance products, and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders. the ideal candidate holds a valid insurance license, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a goal-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Prospecting: proactively identify and contact potential clients through networking, community marketing, and following up on agency- provided leads. Need Assessment : Evaluate clients specific needs, financial situation, and risk profiles to recommend tailored insurance coverage options. Sales & Underwriting Support: Present, explain, and sell insurance policies (e.g., Property & casualty, personal lines, life, health, & commercial) while ensuring all application data is accurate and compliant. Client Relationship Managment : Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, assest with coverage updates, policy renewals, and handle basic billing or claims inquires. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Required

• Licensing: Must posses at a minimum an active Alabama Personal Lines License
• Communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details in plain english.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with standard office software and comfortable learning proprietary agency managment systems (AMS) or customer relationship managment (CRM). Preferred
• Bilingual abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sale quotas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Pay: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
