Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach with businesses and customers to sell and promote AT&T; internet and wireless solutions
• Recommend Internet and phone packages that fit each company and customers size and monthly budget plan
• Assist with service installations and device setup if necessary, keeping accounts running smoothly
• Offer bundled promotions to increase account value and drive sales
• Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities when applicable
• Maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers to support retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles like sales, hospitality, or account management is preferred

• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple business accounts daily with accuracy
